Buddy HIIT Personal Training Session
Ideal for 4 friends who are serious about losing body fat FAST and getting lean.
Every Monday at 8.00 – 9.15am for Intermediate to Advanced and Friday at 10.00 – 11.15am for Beginners. Both sessions are held at the Church Gresley Gym. PT Group session of 4 people, of High Intensity Interval Training. This gym session consists of a dynamic warm up, timed and targeted conditioning, strengthening, endurance and core workout. Finished with a cool down and stretch. Support, advice and body composition are also monitored at every weekly session. Get fit with your friends, split the costs, but reap the benefits and results from a Personal Training session. Booking is essential to secure your place, but other dates can be arranged.
The classes are suitable for most levels of fitness from beginners to intermediate and advanced, but can be adapted at different stages of the session according to how intense you wish to workout. If you are a regular exerciser and need a boost in your weekly fitness plan, this would be a great addition. If you haven’t got a buddy to bring, no problem! Just contact me and join in with the rest of the group!

Fun exercise for the over 50’s, GP referrals or anyone back into fitness
Active 50+ is ideal for individuals with mobility limitations, the mature exerciser who is just getting started or anyone looking for a gentle but challenging workout. Functional exercise which is great for balance, posture, core conditioning, mobility/stretching and all over body strengthening. This is both a standing and seated exercise class. But you will certainly feel that you have worked hard, gained a sense of achievement and had fun with other like minded and friendly people. There are facilities at the Youth Club. The Fat Burner and Cardio Blast Energiser – Get Walking or Run!
Burn fat, tone up, improve on your cardiovascular fitness, meet new friends and take in a breath of fresh air! Interval training of power walking, jogging, isolated upper and lower body weight exercises and the use of resistance bands. Exercises such as press ups, triceps dips, squats and lunges are included during the session. Please note: A variety of adaptations are offered on the body weight exercises to suit all levels of fitness and ability, so no one will be left behind.
